About the
Checkout Process
For those of you new to "ordering on the web," the checkout process can sometimes be a bit scary. What follows is a step by step procedure, with each number corresponding to a screen that opens. It is actually a very easy process!
1. After you click "ORDER" on any of the product pages, you will see a page that shows the item and the item price. (There will also be a "remove" link with a check mark above it. You will ONLY click on this link if you have multiple items in the shopping cart and want to remove one of them.) If you have a promo code enter it in the box provided.
Select your method of payment, either credit card, PayPal, Google Checkout or check/money order. (Credit cards include debit cards.)
Click on "Check Out."
2. This page has you select a delivery method. U.S. residents will use the default method which is "Standard Delivery - USA." (If you live in Canada, Australia or the UK, "pull" the menu down and click on that setting.) You will enter your zip code on this page.
Click "Continue."
3. This page asks for your credit card and/or contact information. Please be assured that all information is secured through Geotrust, and credit card information is processed by First Data, one of the most trusted credit card processors online. (Click on the "privacy" tab for more information.)
After you fill out the information and click "place order" one of the following will happen:
4. If you have used a credit card, it will show "processing" and then give you the option to return to my home page. (You will almost immediately receive an email confirming and showing the order.)
If you have chosen Google Checkout or PayPal, it will show you a summary of the order and present a "Pay with PayPal" or "Google Checkout" button. YOU MUST CLICK ON THIS BUTTON TO FINALIZE THE ORDER, and you will then be taken to the appropriate site to make your payment. If you have chosen "mail a check" it will take you to a page that shows you where to mail your check or money order.
It's that easy!
