This interesting dress clip, made of pewter, has a center cone of pressed glass which looks black unless you get light behind it, which then shows it to be a dark cobalt blue. The cone is surrounded with chaton-cut rhinestones on a circular piece that has a serrated edge. The clip measures 2" x 1-7/8". The clip is still very firm, and though there is a chip at the base of the cone (which you can't see unless you are looking at it from the side), overall the dress clip is in very good vintage condition. An unusual and interesting addition to a vintage dress clip collection.
