The rough cut fire opal in this pendant necklace is gorgeous, with rich hues of blue and reds (though the reds do not show well in the pictures). The opal is wire-wrapped, and the fine chain is 14K gold (marked on the jump ring). The pendant measures 1-1/8 x 5/8 inches and the chain is 15-1/2 inches long. The opal is "dented" in the middle, but looks like it was cut that way to bring out the fire (see the third picture). This necklace would go perfectly with either blue jeans or a formal gown.
