These earrings have a large teardrop-shaped faux pearl drop, and a lovely molded resin cameo. She has a beautiful face! The earrings have clear plastic post fasteners, which I will gladly replace with metal ones if you desire. The measurements, including the pearl, are 1-3/4" x 5/8". There are some minor age-related scratches on the pearls, but you have to look very closely to see them. There is not any wear on the frame around the cameo -- that is just camera glare. These are some nice light-weight cameo earrings!
