This goldtone necklace has a very 3-D pendant that reminds me of a hot air balloon. It has a semi-openwork pattern, with white beads at the top and bottom, and a small chained tassel. The necklace is "new old stock," so even though it is from the 1980s, has never been worn. The triple-strand chain is 24 inches long, with a fold-over clasp. A hang tag reads "CELEBRITY NY."
