This necklace is quite an eye catcher! The owl is made of a shiny goldtone metal, and he has large amber cabochon eyes. The body is articulated, and jointed in three places. The pendant measures 3-3/4 x 2-1/2 inches and the necklace chain (which I added and which is not original) is 20-inches long. One of the eyes (on the right) has some "bubbling" in it. Rather strange, and perhaps was a manufacturing defect? Easily seen with the naked eye, but really not all that evident from any distance. Other than that, the plating is in excellent condition. The back is marked "Goldette." Whooo can resist this necklace?!
