Sarah Coventry ROYAL SCEPTOR Large Jabot Brooch Pin Hat Floral Rare Rhodium Plated
This extraordinary Sarah Coventry snowflake or flower is a combination jabot pin - brooch (when the bottom part of the pin is removed the top portion can be used as a brooch) and it has a hook so can be attached as a necklace pendant. The snowflake or flower top, whichever way you'd like to see it, has about a 1 1/2" diameter and a central green rhinestone surrounded by an amazing array of pavé and bezel set rhinestones -- all of which are alive and sparking! The bottom of the pin continues the pattern of rhinestones.
Only select Coventry pieces are rhodium plated, as is this one.
The back is marked "SARAHCOV," and this pin is in mint condition. I haven't found another on the internet, so I believe it must be fairly rare.
