This gorgeous necklace is clearly marked EH (I have not been able find any info on this designer), along with the copyright symbol, so although it is newer than 1953, it does seem to be an older piece. The material almost seems like pot metal, not but quite. It has a wonderful combination of Art Nouveau style flowers, metal spirals and crystal beads. The three-dimensional flowers also have small rhinestones at the top, a nice subtle touch. The necklace, with a lobster clasp, is 23 inches long, and the clasp works well. Really an interesting, exquisite necklace!
