1928 Co Shield Brooch Japanned Amethyst AB Rhinestones Jewelry
This striking pin has a large amethyst cabochon (plastic) and eight chaton-cut glass rhinestones, four light and four dark. The top edges of the brooch are lined with watermelon aurora borealis rhinestones, and the entire pin is japanned with black enamel. It measures 2-3/8 inches by 2-1/8 inches and is in excellent condition. The back has the swirl patterns that are the signature of this company.
