Domine Dirige Nos London TEA STRAINER SIEVE AND HOLDER
I believe this item is a tea strainer, or sieve, and holder. The strainer sits on top of a cup and then can be placed into the holder. One side of the strainer has a mark that has two dragons facing a red cross, and underneath reads "DOMINE DIRIGE NOS LONDON." The strainer is in very good condition.
