Aqua Blue Rhinestone Circle Wreath Pin Brooch Scalloped Ribbons
This pin is accented with aqua rhinestones and textured, scalloped "ribbons." There is also a smooth, looped sheath running through the top. I'm not certain what this is meant to represent, but it looks nice. The pin measures 2 x 1-1/2 inches. It is a newer brooch, and is in excellent condition.
