This pin is so regal, with a large (17 mm) faux pearl surrounded with a crown-like design and "tierra" of three sparking rhinestones. There is also a rhinestone at the end of the pin. It is 3" long and 1-1/4" wide and certainly looks gold plated, though it is not marked that way. The designer mark is the Givency logo with "Givenchy" both above and below the logo. I believe this may be an older Givency piece, but it looks like it has never been worn and is in mint condition. Worn either horizontally or vertically, this pin will lend elegance to any outfit!
